As Haiti staggers at it’s fuel shortage crisis, it’s President Jovenel Moise was revisiting discussions with China officials in regards to coming under the “One China Principle” in order to receive China investment support. According to the South China Morning Post the funds would be applied to country needs such as infrastructure because China already has units stationed on the island as part of their international peacekeeping force.
