Donation Terms

Cross to Light complies fully with federal and state charitable solicitation requirements.

This site and software was produced by Cross to Light, Incorporated (Cross to Light), which will receive the contributions. Cross to Light is a 501 (c)(3) organization. Contributions to Cross to Light are tax deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Cross to Light controls 100 percent of the funds contributed regardless of donor allocation in order to comply with regulations and maintain the integrity of our operations. Donor allocations are taken into account and are carried out once operational budget requirements have been met and the allocation request aligns with an approved project or expense. All donations are non-refundable.  Requests for copies of recent financial statements, Form 990, annual report or other information may be directed to Donor Relations at (888) 412-7677 or by filling out the contact form on crosstolight.com.
