Despite the gang turmoil that has held Haiti hostage, church services and wedding celebrations continue. The churches in Cite Soleil and Grand Goave recently celebrated a wedding.
The Bible tells us to “rejoice in the Lord always, again I say rejoice.” The bride of Christ in Haiti is a reminder to all of us to keep our eyes fixed on Him. We choose daily if we will be overwhelmed by anxiety and stress or if we’ll “cast your care upon Him, for He cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7
