Pastor Lisson shares a story about a voodoo priest, his Dad and how it is important not to delay in choosing to follow the Lord. Know one is promised tomorrow.
After coming to the Lord and becoming a pastor, Lisson was called back to the same village that he had grown up in. He has planted a church, is married and has two sons.
Initially, after getting saved Lisson’s dad was mad at Lisson. Eventually both his mom and dad were saved. They were greatly impacted by how their son had changed for the better and seemed to them like a new person.
The village that Lisson grew up in was a voodoo village with a voodoo priest at the center of it. When he want back there to plant a church the priest was still there. Lisson shared the bible with him. The priest explained how he had many things to do before committing his life to God.
One month later after preaching the gospel to him, the voodoo priest died shortly after a voodoo ceremony.
