Port au Prince, Haiti – Report from the Cross to Light team on the ground in Haiti.
Praise report: We had a team of 15 there last week. We conducted medical outreach and feeding programs and preached the gospel in prisons and hospitals.
As things started to heat up, the mission teams were able to get the last flight out. After the flight departed, the airport was shut down. The gangs were shooting at airplanes and took control of the airport.
5-7 thousand prisoners escaped from two prisons in our area. They broke into the port and stole the food supply for the capital. The gangs have taken over 90% of the capital.
God has been so faithful to allow our Bible Training Center to keep moving forward. We have five pastors teaching through the bible every week remotely. They haven’t missed a class.
95% of all ministry and relief organizations have left Haiti. The Bible training center and the churches are still standing and doing well. God’s word is our only offensive weapon against satan.
Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed together, and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; the wind carried them away so that no trace of them was found. And the stone that struck the image became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.
