Now when He had taken the scroll, the four living creatures and the twenty-four elders fell down before the Lamb, each having a harp, and golden bowls full of incense, which are the prayers of the saints.
Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
Haiti news praise report February 2025
Miles Ornelas is interviewing Brian McDaniel of the Haiti Bible Training Center, bringing you a Haiti praise report.
You guys are training pastors. You’ve raised young men, have been discipling them, teaching them the Bible, and taking them through the scriptures.
How are the pastors doing?
Man, the battles that they go through are just amazing.
To give you an example. One of our pastors in City Soleil. A couple of weeks ago, he was going to get food for the feeding program, and the gangs opened fire and blew out his window. The bullet landed in the headrest. It was a headshot, and it landed in the headrest. He showed me. I go, that’s the reason we pray!
One of the other guys. His son was in the back of a taxi. The gangs opened fire, and they shot his son in the hand. He calmly says, yeah, my son’s fine. I go, he’s not fine. If you saw an x-ray of a hand, it’s all bone and tendons. Little Sebastian, this young, little kid, gets shot in the hand. I go, you gotta take him to another doctor because he will lose the movement in his hand. He did. He called back. He goes, it missed everything. The bullet actually went right through the fatty part above his thumb and missed everything.
What they go through: the warfare from the voodoo temples, the lack of food, the lack of water, and the lack of infrastructure. Right. If they get sick, they can’t go to the hospital.
So please sign up for our newsletter. We send out updates as prayer requests come up, so you’ll be sure to get them.
We believe that the prayers of the saints sustain these guys. They’re doing great, being faithful, and teaching the word line upon line, verse upon verse. And wherever the churches are, wherever these are established, there’s peace around that area, but it’s tough. So please pray for our pastors. They’re doing great, but we need you to pray, continue praying, and help them out. Amen. Amen.
