Thank you for your prayers and support! The roof trim is installed and shingle install is underway – Praise the Lord
And Moses said to the people, “Do not be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which He will accomplish for you today. For the Egyptians whom you see today, you shall see again no more forever. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace.” Exodus 14:13-14
Have you ever had a need that seems so huge it’s overwhelming? Often God allows us to go through times where we have a problem we can’t solve. He wants us to give it to Him and trust Him.
The bible says in Philippians 4 to “be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”
When we realize that we can’t fix the issue we can either choose to obey God and give it to Him or we can worry about it and cause a lot of extra stress for ourselves and everyone around us. When we trust God we allow Him to work it out for good and He gets all the glory.
That’s not to say to do nothing. He may choose to use our effort to bring about a victory. Or He may use someone else or a solution we didn’t even consider.
In John 9 Jesus healed a man who had been born blind using His spit and dirt. He can heal and fix situations however He wants, whenever He wants.
The next time you have a need or a trial; cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7
