Whether your team is planning to conduct a church day conference, a children’s VBS, medical clinic, soccer event or other type of outreach it is a good idea to plan and budget to host lunch.
Food & Fuel
Including lunch with an outreach is a great way to feed the people with the Word of God and with tangible nourishment. Plan for a budget of $200 per lunch, feeding approximately 200 people and a travel budget to get to the location of $30 on average. These funds can be delivered to the BTC director upon arrival and planning of activities.
